Synopsis: The victim reported parking his moped in parking ramp number 7 on September 16, 2019 at 6:00 PM. When he returned to the ramp on September 17, 2019 at 8:45 am the moped was missing.

Vehicle Information: 2018 Zhng Wolf moped, black in color.
