Date Occurred: Between 8:00 pm on March 25 and 11:20 pm on March 27
Location: Parking Ramp number 7 near Breslin
Synopsis: The caller advised he parked his moped on the first level of Ramp 7 on March 25 at 8:00 pm. When he returned at 11:20 pm on March 27, he discovered his moped was missing. There was a black helmet attached to the rear cargo holder. There is no suspect information at this time.
