Community Bulletin
Michigan’s Severe Weather Awareness Week is scheduled from March 24-30, 2019. A statewide test of the tornado sirens, outdoor warning speakers and desktop alerting will occur at 1:00pm on Wednesday, March 27. The Michigan State University Police Department encourages community members to be prepared when severe weather occurs. If there is inclement weather on March 27, 2019, the test will be rescheduled for Thursday, March 28, 2019 at 1:00pm. The desktop alerting software called “Alertus” will launch a “pop-up” message to computers loaded with that free software. If you wish to download the software to participate, please go to alert.msu.edu.

LARCENY ON CAMPUS
This is an MSU ALERT from the Michigan State University Police regarding the East Lansing Campus.
A larceny occurred on the sixth floor of East Mcdonnel Hall, tonight between 1235 am and 1240 am. An unknown suspect entered a room through an open door and took a backpack containing a laptop. No one was in the room at the time. If nearby use caution. Contact the Michigan State University Police Department to report any unusual or suspicious activity. Sent at 140 am on 02/16/2019
