This is an MSU CRIME BULLETIN from the Michigan State University Police Department regarding an incident on the East Lansing campus.
At or near Bryan Hall the Michigan State University Police report;
The Michigan State University Police Department received multiple calls on the report of a shooting in Bryan Hall. The calls stemmed from several text message threads of resident areas and student organizations. Police did respond to the area to investigate. There was no active shooter or shooting in the area. Synopsis: Victim reported to MSUPD that they discovered their moped was stolen from University Village on 10/19/2019 between 9:00PM and 2:00AM.

Synopsis: On 10/8/19, at approximately 1:15pm, residents returned to their unlocked room and discovered a subject located inside. The subject appeared to be attempting to commit a larceny. When confronted, the subject immediately left the area. The subject is described as a black male, thin build, 6’2”, wearing a black Nike windbreaker with white stripes, dark pants and a black bandana.
