This is an M S U ALERT from the Michigan State University Police regarding the City of East Lansing. The East Lansing Police is reporting shots fired at or near the Grove St Ramp in East Lansing. If nearby, secure-in-place or evacuate if you can do so safely. If you are near that location, call East Lansing Police to report any unusual or suspicious activity.
