Description of Incident: On September 6, 2026, through September 14, 2026 at , Michigan State University Police received a report of Series of Motor Vehicle Thefts that occurred at the East Lansing campus - Brody Hall, Armstrong Hall, Emmons Hall, Bailey Hall, Rather Hall and 1855 Place. A pattern has developed regarding the theft of Electric Scooters. This Timely Warning is being sent as Electric Scooters are considered motor vehicles for purposes of The Clery Act.
