Synopsis: The vehicle was parked at the moped parking spots near the Breslin Center on 10-01-19 at approximately 9:45 PM. The owner returned to the vehicle on 10-01-19 at approximately 11:00 PM and the moped was no longer there.
Suspect Information: No suspect at this time.
Vehicle Information: Black 2017 Zhong-Yu Wolf RX 50 Moped
