This is an MSU ALERT from the Michigan State University Police Department regarding an incident in the City of East Lansing. At or near Downtown East Lansing the East Lansing Police report a person with a gun who allegedly fired one gunshot in the air near Charles St and Albert Ave. No injuries have been reported.
